Board of Directors: NM Assembly on School-Based Health Care
» By-Laws

The Executive Committee of the NMASBHC shall consist of the Executive Director, the President, the President-Elect, the Secretary, and the Treasurer. The President-elect, Secretary, and Treasurer shall be appointed by the NMASBHC Board for a one (1) year term of office, beginning July 1 and ending June 30. The President-elect shall assume the office of President upon completion of the term as President-elect and the President shall become Immediate Past President upon completion of the term as President. The Executive Director serves on the Executive Committee but is a non-voting member.

In addition to the Executive Board, there will be up to (8) At-large Representatives from around New Mexico – at least half of which will be elected by the membership and the rest appointed by the Board. They will serve a two (2) year term of office, beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
