of their clinical services. The following documents and websites can help you
learn more about applicable laws and standards of practice. Please work with your
sponsoring agency and/or provider(s) to tailor the below resources to your particular

National Assembly on School-Based Health

Directory - Food Resources in Your Community, May 2008. This directory was developed with funding from the Albuquerque Community Foundation. It is being used in Albuquerque SBHCs to help families find food resources. If you would like printed copies please contact Nissa Patterson at 259-2074. Feel free to use the format to develop a similar document for your own community.
